The spectacular celebration of the 105th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Diangienda Kuntima by the Kimbanguist Church highlights the importance of Kimbanguism and general culture among young members of the church

The Church of Jesus Christ on Earth by His Envoy Simon Kimbangu (EJCSK), Mbanza-Ngungu Central Parish, recently celebrated with pomp the 105th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Diangienda Kuntima, one of the spiritual leaders and son of the prophet Kimbangu. This memorable event was marked by a grand finale of the “Nzeyi” contest, a general culture contest organized with the aim of enriching the knowledge of the participants in the fields of Kimbanguism and scientific knowledge.

The “Nzeyi” contest was reserved for finalist students from Kimbanguist schools, selected by the Organization of Kimbanguist Finalist Students (OEFK). This competition aimed to stimulate the skills of the young participants while strengthening their knowledge of their religion and scientific subjects.

The final of the contest was sponsored and sponsored by “Zua Idée Forever”, an association headed by Cédric Matuatambula Kua Nzambi. This association, which accompanies young people in various fields, was chosen for its commitment to the well-being of young people and its support for cultural initiatives.

During this event, the organizers expressed their gratitude to the sponsor of the event, underlining his essential role in the success of this celebration. Among the present members of the association Zua Idée Forever, we noted the presence of Mak Matondo Kua Nzambi, Provincial Minister of Mines, Transport and Ways of Communication of Kongo Central.

The president of the Zua Idée Forever association, Cédric Matuatambula Kua Nzambi, welcomed the initiative of the organizers and expressed his willingness to lend his support so that this cultural event can be held every year in the province of Kongo Central.

The Reverend Pastor Emmanuel Dina of the Single Division of Cataracts also encouraged the holding of this competition and expressed his wishes that it could continue to be organized by the Single Division of Cataracts Center. The “Nzeyi” contest started in April with more than 100 candidates and ended with 25 finalists for the grand finale. The first two winners were announced at the closing ceremony held in Mbanza-ngungu.
