ENFEP in Ituri: 202 self-taught candidates participate to enhance their professional skills

The national end of professional studies examination (ENFEP) for the 2022-2023 edition is in full swing in the province of Ituri. This year, 202 self-taught candidates participated in the preliminary of this examination, including 61 women. According to the Provincial Principal Inspector (IPP) of Vocational Training and Trades (FP&M)/Ituri, Nicodème Nobamuzi Bakoleta, these candidates are mainly people who have learned a trade but do not have a title certifying their skills.

The objective of the preliminary test is to select candidates capable of taking the ENFEP, which will begin next June with a professional practical session. For self-taught candidates, the ENFEP is an opportunity to enhance their skills and obtain a national title attesting to their skills.

ENFEP is in its third edition this year and Ituri province achieved a 100% pass rate in the second edition, with the highest pass rate (85%) achieved by Janvier Bahati Iringa, in the specialty of cutting and sewing.
