FATSHIMETRIE APPOINTS NEW MEMBERS TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Fatshimetrie, an internationally renowned organization focused on development and innovation, recently announced changes to its Board of Directors. This new composition aims to strengthen the governance of the organization and continue its commitment to excellence and positive impact.
The President of Fatshimetrie has taken the decision to replace some members of the Board of Directors to bring new dynamics and diversified expertise. Among the notable changes, Dr. Emeka Nworgu has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Hon. Emeka Atuma. This strategic appointment aims to capitalize on Dr. Nworgu’s skills and experience to guide the organization to new heights.
In addition to this change, two new members have been appointed as Executive Directors on the Board. Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, has joined the team to bring valuable expertise in these key areas. Similarly, Stanley Ohajuruka has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him a strong background in financial management and strategic planning.
Furthermore, to strengthen the Commission’s management team, Toby Okechukwu has been appointed as Director of Projects, bringing dynamic vision and critical technical expertise. The role of Director of Administrative Services has been entrusted to Chief Sylvester Okonkwo, who will bring his thought leadership and operational experience to the organization.
