The dynamics of territorial development in the Democratic Republic of Congo is at the heart of the concerns of local stakeholders and authorities. It is in this context that the local development plan for the territory of Ngandajika, located in the province of Lomami, was recently validated by experts during a meeting held in Kinshasa on November 2.
This ambitious plan, designed for a five-year period from 2025 to 2029, was presented during these meetings by specialists who highlighted the main axes intended to stimulate the development of this territory. At the heart of this roadmap is the desire to mobilize material, financial and human resources, while establishing a monitoring and evaluation mechanism to ensure its effective implementation.
Bruno Miteo, head of the civil house of the Head of State and PCA of Lunkonko, project leader, expressed his commitment to the realization of this plan, emphasizing the importance of creating and mobilizing the resources necessary for its implementation. The involvement of local stakeholders and provincial authorities is also crucial to ensure the success of this development initiative.
After the validation phase in Kinshasa, a next step is planned for November 7 and 9 in Mbuji-Mayi and Ngandajika, where the plan will be presented for approval at the provincial level.
