Fatshimetrie, September 13, 2024 – An exceptional musical creation has recently emerged in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Entitled “Temps d’adoration et de louange”, this gospel compilation immerses us in the heart of the Christian classics of this country rich in musical culture.
It is with passion and dedication that singer Naomie Bansimba presents this unique project, the fruit of an artistic collaboration with pastor-singer Dîme de Jésus. Together, they revisited these emblematic titles by infusing them with new energy, a new vibrance, to celebrate the glory of Christ.
Among the selected pieces, we find pearls of the Congolese gospel scene, such as “Eyebana” by Fiston Mbuyi, “Reste-là” by Rhéma Loseke, “Yaya” by Dîme de Jésus or “Nkolo Yesu” by Micheline Shabani.
