Fatshimetrie, September 3, 2024 – The world of athletics in the Democratic Republic of Congo is about to experience a crucial moment with the imminent opening of a capacity building seminar for coaches at national level 1. Scheduled from September 3 to 14 in Kinshasa, this event is organized by the Congolese Athletics Federation (Feaco) and promises to be an essential step for the development of the discipline in the country.
Joseph Mike Mutombo Mulumba, 1st Vice President of Feaco, stressed the importance of this training session which will bring together 20 national level 1 coaches. The seminar was led by Roger Mbaya, an international expert from the Confederation of African Athletics (Caa) from Brazzaville, assisted by Marie Ekula, a Congolese expert specializing in the field.
