Finally, the implementation of this new regulation aims to strengthen discipline, productivity and efficiency within the public administration. By cleaning up human resources and promoting a more equitable distribution of tasks, it contributes to establishing a healthier working environment that is conducive to development. This is a first step towards modernizing the Civil Service and enhancing the work of civil servants.
