Corporate Exploits of Misrayon & Polyester Fiber Company: A Remarkable Renaissance in the Export Sector

Misrayon & Polyester Fiber Company, located in the city of Kafr al-Dawar, Egypt, achieved the feat of successfully exporting its first production shipment for the first time in approximately 12 years before resuming operations in January last.

The first export shipment, consisting of five containers, was successfully shipped to Turkey, and further shipments destined for Europe and Turkey, totaling 14 containers, are being prepared for next month. april.

The pace of overseas exports will increase by 150 percent next month, with dollar revenues reaching $1.25 million per month, in addition to local sales that meet the industrial needs of the private sector usually imported from the abroad, with monthly sales amounting to 30 million Egyptian Pounds.

The Minister of the Public Enterprises Sector, Mahmoud Esmat, confirmed that the commissioning of the second polyester fiber production line is planned in the next two months, bringing the production capacity to 40,000 tonnes per year.

He added that efforts are underway to equip the wire factory, where three out of eight machines have already been put into operation for the production of fine high-strength wires.

Esmat stressed that the company’s management strategy aims to maximize returns on assets held by companies through good management, investments and the growth of their resources.
