The recent ceremony at the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN) was marked by a colorful event: the elevation of Miguel Kashal Katemb, director general of the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP) , to the rank of ambassador of the establishment.
