During his week-long visit to Kinshasa, the ambassador participated in numerous activities aimed at improving the customer experience and discovering the world of Moët Hennessy group brands. On the program, a training-tasting session for waiters, butlers and managers of establishments offering products from the famous champagne house. This training aimed to present the history and universe of the brand, to familiarize participants with the products and to teach them the service rules specific to Moët & Chandon.

These meetings were an opportunity to answer questions from official distributors and to strengthen ties with them.

To end this week of meetings and discoveries in style, Moët & Chandon invited around twenty guests, including the Congolese star Innoss’B, to a gourmet dinner. This exceptional meal, organized in one of the private rooms of Empreinte, the city’s new gourmet restaurant, allowed us to savor the subtleties of pairing food and champagne. The menu, specially developed by Chef Hervé, unanimously won over the guests, thanks to its finesse and refinement.
