“Controversy surrounding the payment of service providers to the National Committee for the Games of the Francophonie: the CNJF ensures that all payments due are paid”

The National Committee for the Games of La Francophonie (CNJF) is currently at the center of a media campaign that is causing astonishment and surprise. Some service providers have indeed launched attacks against the CNJF and its National Director, calling into question the payment process for service providers. The CNJF wishes to reassure everyone by affirming that all service providers who have signed a contract will indeed be paid.

Faced with this controversy, the National Director of the CNJF, Isidore Kwandja Ngembo, decided to organize a meeting with one of the service providers concerned, the restaurant “Chez Ralph”. During this meeting, which was held on Tuesday, August 22, the two parties were able to clarify the situation. It turns out that the provider in question did not provide its services for the entire duration originally planned, but only until July 31. Thus, a commission was set up to precisely assess the services rendered and determine the amounts due.

The CNJF would like to point out that it is not the National Director who pays the service providers, but the National Committee, once the government has made the funds available. The CNJF deplores the methods employed by the service provider “Chez Ralph” who, with the aim of exerting pressure, spread inaccurate information in the media to tarnish the image of the Committee.

It is important to note that the CNJF has not signed contracts with some journalists who claim to be still awaiting payment. The CNJF specifies that all the media having signed a contract will be paid.

It is therefore essential to understand that the process of paying providers is ongoing and all cases are on hold awaiting government funds. The CNJF reaffirms its commitment to pay all service providers in the coming days.

In conclusion, the CNJF wishes to highlight the efforts made to ensure the success of the Games of La Francophonie and deplores the methods used by certain service providers to try to exert pressure. The Committee remains committed to settling all outstanding payments and looks forward to the finalization of this process
