The ISTM of Tshikapa is launching eight new courses in doctoral training in the medical field.

The Higher Institute of Medical Techniques of Tshikapa (ISTM / Tshikapa) announced in collaboration with ISTM / Kinshasa the launch of eight new courses in doctoral training in the medical field. This initiative aims to prepare the next generation of academics in fields such as nursing sciences, medical biology, bio-statistics, management of health institutions, food sciences, nutrition-dietetics, medical imaging, and motricity and rehabilitation sciences.

The Vice-Governor of Kasai Province, Gaston Nkole Tshimuanga, hailed this innovation from ISTM/Tshikapa, which thus becomes the first higher institution in the province to organize the third cycle of the national school in the medical field. He also promised support from the provincial government to facilitate the registration of candidates wishing to undertake these postgraduate studies.
