In order to recognize the excellence of the medalists, the President instructed the Prime Minister to release merit bonuses for those who won medals and participation bonuses for all Congolese competitors present during the Games of La Francophonie.

The Minister of Sports and Leisure, François Kabulo, also took the floor to thank President Tshisekedi for his support and his commitment to the organization of these major games. He pointed out that thanks to the new infrastructures meeting international standards, the DRC is now able to host any world-renowned sports competition.
