Progress work for the IXth Games of La Francophonie in Kinshasa is going well, and the Director of the International Committee of the Games of La Francophonie, Zeina Mina, recently welcomed it following her inspection visit with the Congolese Minister Infrastructure, Alexis Gisaro. Contrary to the last visit carried out last May, the works present an encouraging evolution estimated at 80% of execution. Zeina Mina also did not fail to underline the quality of the work for the sites dedicated to table tennis and judo, considered “up to the greatness of the DRC”. This progress in the work was reassuring for the Minister, who affirmed that the games will take place without any worries. It is worth remembering that the games had experienced some difficulties with the withdrawal of Canada and the delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
