Displaced women victims of violence in the DRC: an alarming situation in Ituri
In the province of Ituri in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the situation of displaced women has become critical. This desperate woman had gone in search of food for her starving children, but she was ambushed by the militiamen. His murder sparked a deep psychosis among the surrounding villages, as well as among the other displaced people residing on the Plaine Savo site.
