The challenges of the 145 territories program in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
As part of the development and consolidation of the State in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the program of 145 territories was set up by President Felix-Antoine Tshisekedi. This initiative aims to improve the living conditions of people in rural areas of the country.
