Youth recovery plan in the Democratic Republic of Congo: a beacon of hope for the future

In a context where Congolese youth is facing many challenges, an ambitious recovery plan is emerging in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Designed by Hervé Tansia Wa Ntumba, leader and youth coach, this plan aims to enable Congolese youth to comply with the program of the Head of State Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, so that government actions can have a visible impact on population.

Entitled “Operation Desert Storm”, this plan is based on 7 axes which constitute the pillars of the main evils affecting Congolese youth. Among these axes, we find agriculture and rurality, the fight against juvenile delinquency and the depravity of morals, the development of youth as the driving force of the country, the promotion of culture and a new citizenship, gender equality, strengthening partnerships for development and finally, strengthening the institutional and technical capacities of the Ministry of Youth and youth structures.

The youth recovery plan sets ambitious goals. It aims to strengthen institutional, technical and operational capacities, both at governmental level and at the level of youth organizations and networks. The ultimate goal is to create a more prosperous and fulfilled Congo.

Hervé Tansia, former collaborator of Madame Chantal Mulop and adviser to the Minister of Youth, INC and CN, Yves Bunkulu Zola, has a clear vision of the importance of youth in the development of the country. He firmly believes that if the youth recovery plan is implemented, Congo will experience a real transformation.

This youth recovery plan comes at the right time, as Congolese youth face many challenges, including unemployment, precariousness, delinquency, dropping out of school and many others. It offers a glimmer of hope for the future, proposing concrete actions and involving young people in building a better future.

In conclusion, the youth recovery plan in the Democratic Republic of Congo represents a real opportunity for Congolese youth. It offers concrete solutions to the problems it faces and will help transform youth into a driving force for the country’s development. It remains to be hoped that this plan will be effectively implemented and that it will give birth to a promising future for Congolese youth
