Control of subcontracting: Félix Tshisekedi is committed to law enforcement

President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo recently met with the Honorable Miguel Kashal, Director General of the Private Sector Subcontracting Regulatory Authority (ARSP), to discuss the campaign to control subcontracting activities in companies in Kinshasa. These regulations aim to ensure that companies comply with the laws in force.

During this meeting, the Honorable Miguel Kashal assured the Head of State that the report on the control of subcontracting activities in all sectors of the national economy will soon be published. He also confirmed that the control campaign, already started in Kinshasa, will be extended to other provinces of the country.

This initiative is part of the Congolese government’s desire to strengthen the transparency and regulation of subcontracting activities. Indeed, the objective is to position Congolese companies in the field of subcontracting, by promoting their expertise and creating an environment conducive to the development of this sector.

Various sectors of the economy have already been subject to this control, such as infrastructure, telecommunications, breweries and aeronautics. ARSP teams visited these companies to ensure that they complied with established rules.

The collaboration between ARSP and President Tshisekedi demonstrates the Congolese government’s commitment to law enforcement and the promotion of the national economy. By strengthening the regulation of subcontracting, the country aims to create an environment conducive to investment and to foster economic growth.

In conclusion, the control of subcontracting activities in companies in Kinshasa is becoming a priority for the Congolese government. Thanks to this regulation, Congolese companies will be able to position themselves advantageously in the field of subcontracting, while benefiting from a clear and transparent regulatory framework. This move will help strengthen the national economy and attract foreign investment
