After a renegotiation, the country obtained almost 6 billion additional dollars. Despite this progress, civil society is calling for prosecutions against those responsible for past mismanagement. The Asadho association is launching a campaign against impunity, urging the Congolese justice system to act. Transparency and accountability are essential for better governance of natural resources in the DRC.
