** InPP reform: a wind of change under Godefroy Stanislas Tshimanta wa Murtubo **
Since his appointment in 2022, Godefroy Stanislas Tshimanta Wa Murtuabo has undertaken to transform the National Institute for Vocational Training (INPP) in the Democratic Republic of Congo, marking a break with obsolete bureaucratic practices. By refocusing the institution on merit and performance, it aspires to make the INPP a key player in the development of skills by aligning training offers on the real needs of the market. Initiatives to modernize infrastructure and digitalization aim to increase the efficiency and accessibility of vocational training. However, faced with growing competition and structural challenges, the sustainability of these reforms is based on a constant political will and the support of local actors. The path is strewn with pitfalls, but with a daring approach, the INPP could set itself up as a model of excellence in the landscape of Congolese vocational training.
