
This article deals with the unstable situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo, particularly in the east of the country, despite the establishment of the mission of regional troops to defeat armed groups. The government notes that some members of the Regional Force do not follow the legal provisions and fraternize with the M23 terrorists on the ground. The security situation in other regions is hampering the development of agriculture and leading to soaring food prices. The Congolese population demands the intervention of the authorities, while the opposition demands an impartial audit of the electoral register.
