The Regulatory Authority for subcontracting in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) held a working session with the heads of the country’s telecommunications companies. These companies have made a commitment to support the ARSP’s control mission to enforce the rules of subcontracting and support the vision of the Head of State to create a Congolese middle class thanks to this law. This collaboration helps to guarantee workers’ rights and the fair distribution of wealth, thus strengthening trust between companies and public institutions.
