Stany Bujakera, a journalist recognized for his expertise and his ability to publish certified news scoops, was recently arrested at N’djili international airport and placed in pre-trial detention in Makala, following the publication of an article controversial by Jeune Afrique. This arrest sparked strong reactions within the media community, national and international organizations, as well as political and religious figures.

In the incriminated article, the author, referring to an exclusive document attributed to the National Intelligence Agency, relates the tragic circumstances of the death of the former Minister of Transport, Cherubin Okende, as well as the role of military intelligence in the assassination of the Ensemble Spokesperson for the Republic.
