Renovation of the Nzolana road: A project supported by Sicomines to open up the commune of Ngaliema
The Sino-Congolese program continues to support infrastructure development in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The renovation of the Nzolana road, financed by Sicomines, is a perfect example of this fruitful collaboration. This project, which is part of the Sino-Congolese program, aims to open up the commune of Ngaliema, by connecting several important neighborhoods such as Kimbwala, Malweka, Sanga-Mamba and Bumba.
The inspection visit carried out by the Minister of State for Infrastructure and Public Works confirmed the progress of work on the second phase of renovation of the Nzolana road. Accompanied by various officials, including the general director of the major works agency (ACGT) and the general director of the Sino-Congolese infrastructure company (SISC), the minister expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the project.
The work includes asphalt coating, cement concrete coating and sanitation work. Particular attention is also paid to the quality of the project, with close cooperation between ACGT and SISC to ensure orderly implementation in all aspects.
Once completed, the renovation of the Nzolana road will allow a significant improvement in travel conditions for local residents. It will also contribute to promoting the economic development of the region, by promoting the well-being and development of the local population.
This project is part of the vision of President Félix Tshisekedi, who wants to see many corners of the country opened up. Thanks to the collaboration between Sicomines and the Congolese government, these infrastructure projects contribute to the transformation and development of the DRC, by creating new economic opportunities and improving the quality of life of the Congolese.
In conclusion, the renovation of the Nzolana road demonstrates the commitment of the Congolese government and its international partners, such as Sicomines, to invest in the development of the country’s infrastructure. This project will open up the commune of Ngaliema and promote the economic development of the region. It thus marks a crucial step in achieving the development objectives of the DRC.
