Disastrous management in Kinshasa: a vice-governor denounces the situation
The management of the city of Kinshasa has been the subject of strong criticism lately. In a statement on Twitter, Vice-Governor Gecoco Mulumba strongly denounced the calamitous management of his superior, Governor Gentiny Ngobila. According to him, several irregularities were found, ranging from non-payment of city cabinet members to questionable appointments.
