This will help drive the transformation and improvement of agriculture in Africa, thereby meeting the continent’s growing food needs.
Talent development in Africa: China is committed to training 500 high-performance directors and teachers of vocational schools in Africa each year. In addition, 10,000 talents will be trained to master Chinese language and professional skills. Seminars and forums will be organized to invite 20,000 government officials and technical professionals from African countries, to strengthen African capacities in science, education and innovation.

By strengthening industrialization, agriculture and talent training, China actively contributes to the economic and social emergence of Africa.
