“The DRC is preparing for the next elections with the creation of the AABG: a promising political grouping for better governance”

The DRC is preparing for the next elections with the creation of the political group “Audible Actions for Good Governance” (AABG) in Kinshasa on June 17th. Several political organizations participated, including the Convention of Unified Labor Democrats (CDTU) led by Gisèle Ndaya Luseba, former Minister of Gender, Family and Children in the Sama I government.

The objective of this pact is to place the interests of the Congolese population at the forefront with a view to a second mandate allowing the completion of all the work begun for the integral sustainable development of the nation. This political group is also sponsored by Guylain Nyembo, Chief of Staff of the Head of State Félix Tshisekedi.

The CDTU is established in twenty Congolese provinces and has as its objectives the seizure and the longest possible conservation of power by democratic means, the awakening of the national republican conscience and the consolidation of national cohesion.

In an unstable socio-political context in the DRC marked by urban crime, floods, displaced persons, the tragic sinking of the tug boat Tanganyika, the rise of terrorism, among others, the political grouping AABG brings a glimmer of hope for good governance in the country.

In short, the establishment of this political grouping is an initiative to be welcomed because it is part of the development vision of the DRC advocated by the Head of State and provides a possible solution to the many problems to which the Congolese population is confronted.
