During five intense months, 52 female employees handpicked from 635 candidates underwent intensive training focused on skills building and the development of concrete projects. Supervised by 26 internal mentors, these women acquired essential tools to increase their self-confidence and prepare to become the leaders of tomorrow. She Leads has enabled these talented women to stand out and prove their worth within the Congolese banking sector.
