Outstanding teacher crowned grand winner of Maltina Teacher of the Year competition

Fatshimetrie Chidiebube lfechukwu of Esomnofu of Crown Grace School, Mararaba, Nasarawa State, has been crowned the grand prize winner of the 10th edition of the Maltina Teacher of the Year competition, at the finale held in Lagos on Friday night.

The event highlighted lfechukwu’s dedication and excellence as a teacher, rewarding his hard work and commitment to education. His victory earned him a cash prize of N10 million, as well as a fully funded overseas professional development training.

In recognition of his achievements, lfechukwu’s school will be awarded either a fully equipped computer lab or a block of six classrooms worth N20 million. The initiative is aimed at supporting and strengthening the educational infrastructure for the benefit of the students and the school community at large.

Alongside Ifechukwu, Kehinde Oladapo Olukayode of Molusi College, Oke Sopen, Ijebu Igbo came in second, while Aniefiok Iniobong Udoh of Community Secondary Commercial School, Ikot Oku Ikono, Akwa Ibom State, bagged third place.
