“ARSP: Business dinner to promote Congolese entrepreneurship in the subcontracting sector in Lubumbashi”

The Private Sector Subcontracting Regulatory Authority (ARSP) is organizing a business dinner at the CATCH restaurant in Lubumbashi on June 16, 2023. The purpose of this meeting is to popularize the law on subcontracting and to highlight the role of the ARSP in the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises and Congolese entrepreneurship. Thus, the ARSP wishes to encourage these companies to access subcontracting markets in various fields, particularly in the Congolese mining sector.

The Director General of the ARSP, the Honorable Miguel Kashal Katemb, is determined to realize the vision of the Head of State Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi for the promotion of the Congolese middle class. This great evening that is looming in Lubumbashi will be an opportunity to discuss the various interventions of the ARSP in various sectors of the national economy, in particular in the Congolese mining industry.

This business dinner is a continuation of the ARSP’s participation in INDABA in South Africa last February, where the authority has already presented its role in the regulation of subcontracting activities in the sector. private.
