The Private Sector Subcontracting Regulatory Authority (ARSP) is organizing a business dinner at the CATCH restaurant in Lubumbashi on June 16, 2023. The purpose of this meeting is to popularize the law on subcontracting and to highlight the role of the ARSP in the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises and Congolese entrepreneurship.
