Lost Children in Osogbo: A Poignant Alert on Precarious Living Conditions

In a press briefing, the State Civil Defence Corps Commander, Michael Adaralewa, disclosed that his patrol team rescued a 12-year-old boy seen wandering in Lameco area of ​​Osogbo late at night. The boy said he fled his guardian’s house due to inadequate nutrition, claiming that his guardian only fed him twice a day and that he was not satisfied.

It was also reported that an 8-year-old girl was found wandering at Apara Area, Osunjela, on Ilesha Road in Osogbo and was taken to the nearest NSCDC office by a good Samaritan. After careful investigation, she was eventually reunited with her parents.
