In this month of July 2024, the University of Kinshasa (Unikin) celebrated the commitment and loyalty of 21 of its administrative executives during a moving gift-giving ceremony. These valiant members of the administration have devoted more than fifty years of their lives to serving the prestigious academic institution with passion and dedication.
Amid applause and congratulations from their peers, the honored department heads received tokens of recognition for their exceptional contribution to Unikin. The process of nomination for honorary status is rigorous and demanding, involving the approval of the management committee, the board of directors, and finally the supervising minister.
At the end of this memorable ceremony, the rector of Unikin, Jean-Marie Kayembe, warmly congratulated the recipients for their unwavering commitment to the institution and expressed his gratitude to the entire university community for its support and collaboration.
