The Francophone Games Kinshasa 2023 are committed to a sustainable future
The Kinshasa 2023 Francophone Games National Committee has pledged to use the power of sport to help eliminate plastic pollution. In an interview with CONGOPROFOND.NET, John Katumba, supervisor of the “Sustainable Development and Tourism” Commission, explained his role in keeping the Games sites clean. Responsible for nine sites, John Katumba rigorously monitors compliance with the sustainable development charter transmitted to the National Committee of the Games of La Francophonie. “Day and night, my team and I work to preserve the image of the country thanks to the cleanliness that we maintain on the various sites, in particular the stadiums and the stadiums…” declared John Katumba with satisfaction.
