3. Reconnect with the industrial destiny of the DRC:
One of the major objectives of this project is to rebuild the industrial fabric of the DRC. Matata Ponyo proposes devoting 15% of the national budget to this, emphasizing the creation of mini agro-industrial parks, free zones for industry and agricultural roads. It also intends to complete key hydroelectric projects, such as Grand Inga and Tshopo, to ensure a stable and sufficient energy supply.
4. Reform and build a strategic state for the good of the Congolese:
Matata Ponyo emphasizes state reform and improving the delivery of public services. It undertakes to strengthen coordination between fiscal policy and monetary policy to ensure the stability of the exchange rate and domestic prices. The main objective is to improve the quality of life of the Congolese by providing quality public services and promoting an economic climate favorable to investment.
