Fatshimetrie, the online culture and news magazine, spotlights Oreagba, Managing Director of NG Clearing, at the annual Ojude Oba Festival, a traditional celebration of the Ijebu people in Ogun State , Nigeria.

Oreagba’s participation in this cultural and fashion event ignited social networks thanks to photos of her spectacular arrival.

Dressed in a unique ensemble, featuring tattooed hands, a large cigar, traditional attributes and black sunglasses, Oreagba won the hearts of many spectators and became the icon of the event.

In an interview with the Arise TV morning show on Sunday June 23, 2024, the Managing Director of NG Clearing spoke about his fight against cancer and his passion for bringing hope to patients suffering from this disease.

Despite his incurable cancer, multiple myeloma, Oreagba shared that being diagnosed in 2013 was the most important turning point in his life.

“I’ve always been a bit controversial, but we won’t go into that. I think from the moment I was diagnosed with cancer in February 2014 – it’s an incurable form of cancer – my priorities changed.

I would say this to someone, and it would sound ridiculous. At 58 years old, if I could live another 20 years, I would say being diagnosed with cancer was the best thing that ever happened to me. It changed my perspective on life. About what I’m here for. I embrace it fully,” he shared.

Oreagba lit up the Ojude Oba festival event with his unique fashion style and inspiring message, making him an iconic figure at the event and an example of hope to many others.
