The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Zubairu Dada, recently paid an official visit to China in a bid to strengthen bilateral relations between Nigeria and China. At the China-Nigeria Business Exchange, jointly organized by the Nigerian Embassy and Yingke Law Firm, the minister delivered a key speech highlighting the importance of strengthening economic ties between Nigeria and China. During his visit, the minister also took part in high-level meetings including the inaugural meeting of the Nigeria-China Intergovernmental Committee in Beijing and the Davos World Economic Forum in Dalian. Furthermore, the minister met with ECOWAS ambassadors and participated in the inauguration of the 4-D Cultural Diplomacy Program of President Bola Tinubu’s Agenda of Renewed Hope at the Nigerian Embassy. These initiatives aim to deepen economic and commercial collaboration, strengthen high-level exchanges and consolidate the strategic partnership between Nigeria and China.
