Title: Jean MABI, engine of local development in the DRC: a look at his actions in Mbuji-mayi
Introduction :
Jean MABI, Director General of the Central Coordination Office (BCeCo), plays a key role in the realization of the Local Development Program at the base of 145 territories (PDL-145T) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Recently, he traveled to Mbuji-mayi, in the province of Kasaï-Oriental, to inspect the various sites opened within the framework of this ambitious program. This inspection mission illustrates Jean MABI’s commitment to supporting local development and reducing inequalities between cities and the rural world. In this article, we present an overview of the actions undertaken by Jean MABI during his visit to Mbuji-mayi.
Visit of construction sites in Mbuji-mayi:
As soon as he arrived in Mbuji-mayi, Jean MABI began his series of inspection visits to the PDL-145T sites. The first stop was in Bakwa Tshibuyi, in the territory of Lupata pata. He was able to see the progress made in the construction of a new health center, a symbol of local development in the region. Then he went to Miabi where construction work on an administrative building is progressing rapidly. The roof remains to be finalized, but the whole project is on track.
Continuation of inspection visits:
The next day, the BCeCo delegation led by Jean MABI went to the localities of KABEYA Kamuanga, Boya and Tshilenge to continue inspection visits. This step will make it possible to observe the progress of the work in these regions and to identify any adjustments to be made to ensure the success of the program.
A commitment to local development:
Jean MABI is a fervent defender of the vision of the President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, aimed at promoting local development from grassroots communities. His involvement in the PDL-145T is a concrete example of his commitment to the equitable and sustainable development of the DRC. By supporting this program, Jean MABI is helping to fight against inequalities between cities and the rural world, by providing essential infrastructure and services to the most vulnerable populations.
Conclusion :
Jean MABI’s visit to Mbuji-mayi as part of the PDL-145T illustrates his determination to support local development in the DRC.
