On Thursday, June 1, the provincial governor Patrick Mathias Kabeya launched the 37ᵉ edition of the National Primary School Leaving Examination (Enafep) at the Saint Marcel School Complex in Mbuji-Mayi, in the educational province of Kasai-Oriental. 1 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The province, with 149 examination centers including 76 in Mbuji-Mayi, will welcome 42,630 students this year for this national examination.

The Governor encouraged the students to work hard to become future managers of the country, even of the province, while asking them to give their best to obtain the best results.

The launch of the national exam was marked by the symbolic opening of the trunk containing the tests by the governor, before giving them to the students in their respective rooms.

This annual test represents a key moment for students and for the entire education system in the Democratic Republic of Congo, by making it possible to measure the level of student learning.

Success in this competition thus allows students to continue their education in higher education and to advance towards their goal of becoming key players in the development of their country.
