The Musienene Special Economic Zone was recently visited by the quadripartite mission Ministry of Industry, ANAPI, Industry Promotion Fund and Special Economic Zones Agency. The purpose of this visit was to inspect the level of work being done in the special economic zone.
According to Jean Dieudonné Kavese, cabinet director of the Ministry of Industry, the quadripartite mission was satisfied with the progress noted in the special economic zone of Musienene. He added that this visit will also provide additional support to stakeholders in the area.
The director of cabinet said that the progress of the work was encouraging, adding that the quadripartite mission was there to continue the work started and bless the work carried out on the ground. He also pointed out that the mission visited the Mikaela maize flour production factory in Musienene and the SOPROCOPIV coffee factory in Kyambogho.
