Fatshimetrie, the emblematic media for education and international cooperation, recently covered an event of capital importance: the visit of the presidential couple to Paris. On the sidelines of this visit, First Lady Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi held fruitful meetings with a delegation from The Land campus and Campus France.
The discussions focused on the monitoring and development of students benefiting from the DNT Foundation scholarship programs. These discussions made it possible to draw up a positive assessment, both academically and socially, of the 37 scholarship holders currently supported. Following this meeting, a new contract was signed to welcome 40 additional scholarship holders during the next school year in September, thus demonstrating the continued commitment of stakeholders to the education and training of young Congolese.
Within Campus The Land, the First Lady was able to discover the training provided, in particular the alternative and solidarity project management course followed by Excellentia scholarship holders. The academic excellence displayed by the 27 students currently enrolled was praised, prompting the First Lady to express the wish to further strengthen the partnership with The Land to allow a greater number of graduates to benefit from these training opportunities.
The Excellentia International Management Academy (AIME), set up by the Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi Foundation, was also the subject of discussions during this visit. A close partnership with Campus The Land has been strengthened, symbolizing the common commitment to the education and training of young Congolese.
In short, this meeting helped to highlight the successes and promising prospects of the scholarship programs supported by the DNT Foundation, as well as the crucial importance of collaboration between the different institutions for the academic and professional development of Congolese students. The partnership between the DNT Foundation, Campus France and Campus The Land is part of an approach of excellence and mutual support, aiming to offer concrete training and development opportunities to young talents in Congo.
