“The meeting of members of the Council of Trustees of the National Dialogue made it possible to welcome the initiative of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly regarding his involvement in the conclusions of the sessions of the National Dialogue. His desire to interact with the recommendations resulting from the sessions, in particular those relating to the economic dialogue which begin this Monday in the presence of government representatives, relevant ministries, experts and specialists, were particularly highlighted.
During his meeting with members of the Council of Trustees of the National Dialogue, Madbouly announced the formation of a coordination group to monitor the implementation of the recommendations of the first phase of the national dialogue sessions with the ministries concerned. He also stressed the importance of holding general and specialized discussions within the framework of the National Dialogue to define priorities for national work in the next phase.
In line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, a working group was established by the Technical Office of the Prime Minister and the Center for Information and Decision Support to supervise the implementation of these recommendations with the ministries concerned, after the development of an operational plan by the government.
All relevant ministers and officials have been instructed, on the instructions of the President, to participate positively in the general and specialized discussion sessions of the second phase. The Prime Minister also informed the participants of the current economic challenges and the efforts made by the government to address them, emphasizing the importance of discussing files and visions during the second phase sessions in order to achieve concrete results for help decision-makers address these issues.
The meeting was attended by Diaa Rashwan, General Coordinator of the National Dialogue, Ahmed Galal, Rapporteur of the Economic Axis, and Mahmoud Fawzi, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the National Dialogue.”
