The community of Mai Katato is in shock, as the bereaved family struggles to trace Blessing. Relatives expressed their dismay, calling for solidarity and prayers to find the missing person.

Kefas Mallai, chairman of the Community Peace Observers in Bokkos, confirmed the attack, saying Sule Gwamnati succumbed to his injuries despite attempts to save him at Jos hospital. Blessing, meanwhile, was kidnapped by the criminals and remains untraceable.

This tragedy mobilized local authorities, who promised to conduct a thorough investigation to shed light on this matter. Insecurity remains a major challenge in Nigeria, and acts of violence like this highlight the urgency of strengthening security measures to protect vulnerable populations.

In these troubled times, community solidarity and vigilance are more essential than ever to prevent new tragedies and ensure the safety of all. Our thoughts are with the bereaved family and all those suffering the consequences of this unacceptable violence.
