Born in Kinshasa, Patrick Lomaliza followed an unconventional path to achieve recognition in the art world. His career was marked by an early passion for painting, an innate talent that revealed itself despite family pressures that pushed him towards more traditional careers, such as law. However, it is through his colorful and symbol-rich paintings that Patrick Lomaliza was able to express his vision of the world, skillfully mixing Congolese traditions and contemporary artistic influences.

The year 2024 was marked by several important events for Patrick Lomaliza.
