Vodacom Foundation commits to inclusive and digital education in the DRC

The Vodacom Foundation is actively engaged in corporate social responsibility in the Democratic Republic of Congo by participating in a charity evening for the construction of a school for underprivileged boys. The Vodacom Foundation, a major player in corporate social responsibility in the Democratic Republic of Congo, recently made an impression by actively participating in a charity evening organized by the ONE LOVE Foundation. This event, which was held on Friday, December 13, 2024 at the marquee of the Pullman Grand Hotel in Kinshasa, aimed to raise funds for the construction of a school for underprivileged boys in the Congolese capital.

At the heart of this initiative, the Vodacom Foundation announced its intention to offer a digital room to this future school, thus being part of an approach resolutely focused on the education and digital inclusion of young Congolese people.
