Her meteoric rise from cabin crew to pioneer in the aviation industry is a reflection of her determination and ambition. Despite temptations to opt for better-paying jobs in the airlines, Balogun chose to stay loyal to NCS to pursue her dream of becoming a pilot.
Her impressive academic credentials include obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Ticketing and Cabin Services, a Master of Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, as well as her pilot certification from the Miami Flight Academy in Florida, fully funded by NCS.
As the first female pilot in NCS, Balogun embodies the commitment to achieving dreams and building the operational capabilities of the organization.
