Alongside this exciting new project, Masry recently presented the film “In Camera” in the “Special Screenings” section of the Cairo International Film Festival, during its 45th edition this year.
Masry is also currently filming the film “Giant,” which chronicles the rise of boxer Naseem Hamed from the working-class streets of Sheffield to boxing champion, all the while battling Islamophobia and racism in 1980s and 1990s Britain.
“Giant” stars Masry alongside such film greats as Pierce Brosnan, with Sylvester Stallone producing.
