The draft budget for the year 2025 represents a real turning point in terms of resource allocation, aimed at stimulating economic growth through strategic investments in various key sectors. According to the information disclosed by file No. 6 of the draft budget, a substantial share of 25.02% was devoted to economic affairs and investments in the productive sectors.
This distribution aims to provide real support to sectors with a direct impact on job creation and the revitalization of the national economy. Thus, agriculture and livestock are allocated nearly 7% of the budget, recognizing the importance of this sector in food security and rural development. In addition, road transport also benefits from a significant envelope, representing 4.6% of the budget, highlighting the desire to strengthen transport infrastructure to facilitate trade and the mobility of citizens.
Investments in infrastructure and public works, which account for a share of 2.26%, aim to strengthen the country’s logistics base and support the establishment of modern and sustainable infrastructure. Similarly, the electricity sector receives a substantial share of 2.14%, reflecting the desire to ensure a reliable and accessible energy supply for the entire population.
At the same time, manufacturing and processing industries, although representing 0.65% of the budget, are not left out, benefiting from financial support to promote their growth and competitiveness on national and international markets. Similarly, the air, river, lake and rail transport sectors, although receiving a share of less than 0.6%, are nevertheless supported to ensure quality services and optimal connectivity across the country.
This draft budget for the year 2025 is intended to reflect a strategic vision aimed at strengthening key economic sectors, stimulating growth and creating opportunities for the socio-economic development of the country. By focusing on targeted investments and increased support for priority sectors, it aims to position the national economy on a sustainable and inclusive growth trajectory.
