Fatshimetrie, November 14, 2024 – A major milestone has been reached in the sector of inter-company cooperation in the Democratic Republic of Congo with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Minister of Portfolio, Jean-Lucien Bussa, and the Director General of the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP), Miguel Kashal Katemb. This initiative aims to strengthen collaboration and information sharing between private companies and companies in the State Portfolio, in accordance with the proposal presented by the Minister of Portfolio to the Council of Ministers in July 2024.

The signing ceremony took place in a solemn setting, bringing together key players from both parties to seal this strategic partnership. This memorandum of understanding establishes the foundations of mutually beneficial cooperation, encouraging companies to favor the offers and services of companies in the State Portfolio in their inter-company activities.
