Educational support and solidarity in Kenge: A generous gesture for vulnerable children

Fatshimetrie, October 14, 2024 – A positive initiative has emerged in Kenge, Democratic Republic of Congo, where an association has supported vulnerable children in the Kongo neighborhood by providing school kits for the 2024-2025 school year.

This altruistic gesture, the fruit of the generosity of the Association of Young Socialists of Kwango (AJSNGK), aims to strengthen the education system and support basic education. The action of the AJSNGK in favor of vulnerable children in the Kongo futur cell demonstrates its commitment to sustainable development in the Kwango province.

Nestor Kusukula Mabanga, provincial president of the association, stressed the importance of giving young boys and girls the means to take charge of their own future. AJSNGK therefore calls on political and administrative authorities and international organizations to provide financial and technical support for initiatives aimed at ensuring quality education for all children.

Created in April 2021, the Association of Young Socialists of Kwango’s mission is to work for the well-being of children by protecting them, supervising them, training them, educating them and fighting against malnutrition. Its action in favor of the education and health of children in the Kwango province underlines the importance of civic engagement and solidarity within the community.

This great initiative demonstrates the need to support local associations that work for the education and well-being of vulnerable children. By investing in the future of Congolese youth, we are helping to build a fairer and more prosperous society for all.

Ultimately, this gesture of solidarity towards the vulnerable children of Kenge is an inspiring example of the positive impact that targeted actions can have on the most disadvantaged communities. It embodies the hope for a better future for all children, regardless of their social status, and reminds us that education is a fundamental right that must be accessible to everyone.
