The issue of urban sanitation and the involvement of civil society is a crucial and of paramount importance in the management of cities in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and more particularly in Mbujimayi. The mayor of the commune of Diulu, Ben Sature Kabangu, recently expressed his wish to cooperate with civil society to transform the environment of his commune.
